Our commitment is to ensure your success.

Therefore, we offer a refund policy as follows:

If the Government rejects your application, you can choose between: a) receiving your money back or b) appealing your case.

a) If you choose to receive a refund, you must notify us of your decision by email at info@citizens.legal. In this email, you should provide your personal details: First Name, Last Name, and a valid Spanish IBAN number to which we should send the money.

We will process the bank transfer within 15 business days from the date we receive your email.

The refunded amount will be the fee we charged for our services.

We will not be able to refund the fees as we have already paid them on your behalf when submitting your file to the Administration.

b) If you choose to appeal the case, we will do everything possible through our specialized lawyers to obtain a favorable decision by filing the corresponding administrative appeal.

If, after our lawyers' defense, we do not manage to reverse the decision, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

This policy is void if you provide false information and/or conceal relevant details when evaluating your case (by responding to the Free Test) and/or when preparing your case on our platform, as this information is crucial for evaluating your application.
