What Is Our Service?

We offer a complete service, from start to finish, meaning the company only needs to put us in contact with the candidate, and we will take care of the rest. From helping gather all the required information and documents, building the case exactly as the government requires, completing submission forms, managing communication, paying fees, and handling appointments with the government. Additionally, the candidate will have an expert agent who will accompany them throughout the entire process.

How Do You Know the Best Path for Each Case?

At Citizens, we offer free advice to understand whether a candidate meets the requirements to apply for a work permit as a highly skilled professional. Simply fill out our eligilility test, answering as accurately as possible. Our team of experts will analyze the candidate’s information and within 24 hours, we will contact you to let you know if the person is eligible to apply for the work permit.

How Does the Platform Work?

Once you approve, we will contact the candidate to give them access to our platform.
Once inside, the candidate will find:
a) A series of steps with a list of all the documents they will need in the order they should be obtained.
b) In each step, they will find all the information necessary to show them how to obtain the document.
c) They will be able to contact their agent at any time if they have any questions.

Will the Case Be Reviewed by a Lawyer?

Yes, of course! Once the person has completed their file within our platform, one of our lawyers will review their case and send it to the government office.

How Long Does the Process Take?

The exact time for the processes is difficult to calculate, as it depends primarily on how quickly the person provides all their information and documents and secondly, how long the administration takes to resolve the case.
‍
Regarding processes for highly skilled professionals, the administration can take up to a month to approve the residence permit. It is also important to note that if the person needs to apply for a visa in their country of origin, the process time will extend by around an additional 45 days.
‍
Family-based permits and other procedures typically take between 3 and 8 months for the immigration office to issue approval.
‍
Finally, the Spanish nationality application is taking around a year for Ibero-American applicants. Around 6 to 8 months for approval, and the rest of the time is for the oath in the civil registry, receiving the birth certificate, and obtaining the official Spanish documents.
